NSW: Skipper had time to abort trip jury told

A jury has been told in Sydney that a skipper had enough time to abort a trip in which a
teenage boy drowned when the boat overturned in dangerous conditions.

Crown prosecutor SUNIL DE SILVA has told the New South Wales District Court that
44-year-old ROBERT ANTHONY CRAIKE undertook a journey on his boat, KCRA (Pron: KAY-sera),
without taking sufficient precautions.

CRAIKE, from San Remo in Victoria, has pleaded not guilty …
